They work with a range of materials including plastics and metals to make equipment and machinery and its parts. Fitter and turners work from detailed drawings or specifications, and can use hand and machine tools

It is 2 years course So, after 2 years you become the best fitter in the world.After two years you start to earn money. As per apprenticeship act, every training gets money from the employer.
